We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by inaccuracies, omissions, or errors, including damage to your content. We are also not responsible for third-party service failures.

16. Approvals and Delivery

Work on the next project stage will only begin after we receive approval and payment for the previous stage. Ownership of the code and materials will transfer to you after final payment. We may use the completed work for references unless you request otherwise.

17. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement will still apply. The invalid part will be replaced with a provision that closely matches the original intent.
